A crescent moon can be seen hanging in the sky as the scene opens to reveal a dark alley and a feminine figure standing over another figure, a kendo gripped in her hands.
Starstreak: I told you I would have no mercy toward you, and you did not believe me. Kyoichi, you've always been the foolish one; you married a wh*r* and you don't even know if all the children are yours, you're twenty-two years old and can't hold down a job, and you always neglected your martial arts training. That's why you can't defeat me. I've stayed single and never had a child. I'm nineteen years old and I've already got a good job with the Darkness Within Wrestling Federation. I keep up with my training. I don't neglect my spiritual duties. You...I can't say the same for you.
Kyoichi struggles to sit up, his eyes not removing themselves from his younger sister. He can see a darkness in her eyes he's only seen during times of great anger and fears this look above all else. He'd seen her look sweeter and missed that look badly at this moment.
Kyoichi: Hoshiko...please...have mercy. I'm your older brother. I'm your nii-chan and I know that somewhere in you, you don't want to hurt me. Now drop that kendo. Please, Hoshiko, drop that kendo.
Starstreak swings the kendo at her brother, her eyes retaining an iciness in their glare. She couldn't let go of what Kyoichi had done. After all, it was Kyoichi that tried to get Starstreak written out of the will before their parents died. It was Kyoichi who had let Mitsuko and Kenta die in the car accident six years ago. She couldn't forgive him. Not for what he did to the family. Nor could she forgive him for the death of the only man she'd ever loved. As far as she was concerned, it was no accident.
Starstreak: You tell me I'm hurting you? Hmph! You're the one who's hurt me in so many ways that I can't forgive you. You destroyed our family. You let Mit-chan and Kenta-kun die! You KILLED Shigeru.
Kyoichi: I promise his death was an accident! I was only trying to protect you when I heard someone climbing up to your window!
Starstreak: Protect me? No. You always hated Shigeru. You were glad to get rid of him...
Kyoichi stuttered in protest, but what his sister had said was true in a sense. He had hated Shigeru and was happy to have him gone, but he didn't like that he was the cause of Shigeru's death.
Kyoichi: Hoshiko-chan...please...would killing me solve anything?
Starstreak: No. But beating the hell out of you would. Fine. I'll stop. I can see your pain. I'll wait until you're healed. But heed my last warning: if you come near me again, I won't hesitate to kill you.
She gave one last swing at Kyoichi and stormed away, the malice still burning in her eyes.
